耐灼烧输送带 Burning Resistant Belt
用途:广泛应用于冶金、铸造、水泥、化工等行业。输送
物料的温度可达到200-600℃.瞬间可达800℃ .

2, 覆盖层胶料配方独特.在输送高温物料时,表面形成绝热炭化层。
3、 优异的贴胶配方,保证在高温条件下,布层间具有较高附着力.避免使用过程中
出现胶层起泡等弊病,稳定性好.使用寿命长。

heat-resistant fabric (GF canvas), high-strength low-shrinkage polyester canvas
mode (DSEP canvas).
2. Rubber coating formula is unique, high-temperature materials in transport, the
surface come into being the insulation layer.
3. Excellent adhesive paste formula ensures the inter-layer fabric with high
adhesion and prevent appearing maladies such as foaming in use under high-
temperature condition, stability and long service life.
主要结构:依次由耐高温灼烧层,过渡层,有机隔热层,强力层及耐热层组成。
特性:覆盖胶遇高温产生微孔炭化层,具有耐灼烧并能够阻止热量向带体内进一步传递,降低胶带内部强度的作用。该炭化层在带体运转过程中,生成不规则细小裂纹,利用带体冷却。
采用直径结构的无机性材料作为耐灼烧输送带骨架材料,该骨架材料的使用,解决了以往使用的棉帆布高温炭化、尼龙、聚酯帆布高温收缩变形的难度,具有高温下强度损失小,不收缩变形的特性。
独特的贴胶配方设计,保证了胶料与骨架材料间的粘合强度大大高于普通耐热带,且高温状态层间粘合强度≥3N/mm。
承受物料温度200—600℃,瞬时800℃。
耐烧灼输送带新种类:金属网芯输送带
带芯是金属螺旋网整体带芯,耐灼烧、耐高温、阻燃、耐穿刺、抗撕裂、伸长率小、层间粘合强度高、成槽性好、硫化接头效率高、接头操作时间短且简便易行。其中,金属网芯耐高温输送带使用温度为150℃—200℃;金属网芯耐灼烧输送带使用温度为200℃—800℃;金属网芯输送带在不同的温度下使用都有良好的性能。
耐热输送带
Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt
耐热输送带采用丁苯或三元乙丙橡胶为覆盖层,骨架材
料采用专用的耐高温帆布,解决了高温环境下织物芯的收缩
和变形问题,同时也避免了因乙丙橡胶饱和度高导致粘合性
差、间层附着力低的关键问题。具有带体轻、寿命长(约2-
4倍)、耐热性能好的特点。
Our heat resistant conveyor belt adopts SBR or EPDM
as covering layer, special high temperature resistant
canvas as carcass materials, not only solving the fabric
shrinkage and deformation problems under the
environment of high temperature, but also avoiding
crucial problem as high degree of saturation of ethylene
propylene rubber, poor adhesion. It is lighter, of long
lifespan (about 2-4 times) and good performance of heat
resistance.

耐热输送带主要用于输送高温物料,如烧结矿、热焦炭、水泥熟料、热铸件等。
根据耐热带破损以至丧失工作能力的主要表现,不同的耐热级别,
采用三元乙丙或丁苯橡胶做覆盖胶;高强高渗透聚酯帆布做强力层,
覆盖胶与骨架层间铺设耐热玻璃布,使耐热寿命大为提高。
根据用户要求,可做成环形带。

产品特点
Product Advantage
1.规格同普通输送带相同。
2. 产品执行GB/T2002-2005 及GBAT7984-2001 标准,参考国际标准草案ISO/FDIS14890-1999。
3. 耐热输送带分为三种型号:
HR120:覆盖胶主要成分为SBR。可耐不大于120°C试验温度,瞬间运行温度170 °C。该级别耐热带是比较通用的、较
传统的耐热型输送带。广泛适用于水泥、焦化、冶金、化工、钢铁等行业使用。
HR150:覆盖胶主要成分为SBR。可耐不大于150°C试验温度,瞬间运行温度200°C。本产品与普通输送带相比具有耐热温
度更高、抗龟裂、抗老化性能更好、寿命更长等特点。适于输送高热物料,如烧结料、水泥熟料、焦炭、干石灰、干燥
白土等。
HR180:覆盖胶主要成分为EPDM。可耐不大于180°C试验温度,瞬间运行温度250°C。本产品与普通耐热输送带相比,具
有优良的抗灼烧性能,在高温状态下胶带表面可迅速形成致密炭化层而达到隔热抗灼烧的效果,起到延长和提高使用寿
命的目的。适用于温度较高如烧结矿、水泥矿等特殊运输场所。

2. GB/T2002-2005 and GB/T7984-2001 Standard are applicable with the international Standard draft
ISO/FDIS14890-1999 as reference.
3. Heat resistant conveyor belt is divided into three types as follows:
HR120: cover consists mainly of SBR. The belt surface temperature of HR120 belt should be lower than 120℃,the
maximum material temperature for short period can reach 170 °C. This grade of Heat resistant conveyor belt is
mostly common used traditional heat resistant conveyor belt, widely used in Cement, coking, metallurgy, chemical,
iron and steel industry, etc
HR150: cover consists mainly of SBR. The belt surface temperature of HR150 should be lower than 150°C,and the
maximum material temperature for short period can reach 200 °C. Comparing to common conveyor belt, the product
is higher temperature resistant, cracking resistant, ageing resistant and of long lifespan. It apply to transport high
temperature material as sintered ore, clinker, coke, dry lime, dry clay, etc.
HR180: cover consists mainly of EPDM. The belt surface temperature belt of HR150 should be not higher than
180℃, and the maximum material temperature for short period can reach 250℃,Comparing to common conveyor
belt, this kind of belt is more cauterant resistant. It forms a dense carbonized layers on belt cover under high
temperature to play an effect of heat insulation and cauterant resistance , which can also extend the belt life . It apply
to transport high temperature material as special transport situation as sintering ore and cement field , etc.
